Transcript
This is the all new Terrain the latest Cross over from GMC. This is a vehicle that's based on a same platform as the upcoming Chevrolet Equinox, but as you can see it definitely has it's own look and feel. In fact what GMC has done with this styling wise is taken some of the styling cues from larger vehicles such as the Uconn and Acadia and transfer them to a smaller vehicle. Some may not necessarily like the way this styling translates but it definitely going to give it a unique look on the road. Engine choices in this vehicle are going to be either an Inline 4 or a V6. What's interesting about the Inline Four is that GMC is claiming that this is going to have 30 miles per gallon highway fuel economy that should be best in class even better than vehicles like the Santa Fe and the CRV, both engines are going to be backed by 6 feet automatic transmission. The five passenger Terrain is going to be available in front wheel drive or all wheel drive configurations and what's nice is for the second row if you need a little bit more leg room that row is going to be slide back and forth and it really makes it easily configurable for long legged passengers or if you have little kids in back it gives you more space for cargo. Some other features on this vehicle include a programmable power lift gate and NAV system with a 7 inch screen, rear seat DVD entertainment and standard On Star and XM sirius satellite radio. With an estimated 30 mile per gallon highway fuel economy and a price that could start in the low 20s the Terrain could be the right answer for people who want to cross over capability at a value price.
