Acceptance and Therapeutic Hypnosis On behalf of the tvlesson.com, my name is Robert J Escandon. I am a clinical hypnotherapist with the TheBanyanHolistic.com. Let us talk about accepting and enthralling therapeutic hypnosis. Accepting is an important factor as well when it comes down to how we live our daily life. There are many things that we refuse to accept even though that they might be happening right in front of us, much like a visitor at the door. It is a constant knock, a constant portrayal of some sort of attention that they might be needing. And if we refuse it, if we do not accept it, the knocks only get louder, much like all of the things in our lives that we would care not to experience or endure any longer. It is easier to accept the things that are happening simply because they are already happening that is already real. At some point or another, we created these things to be true. So, if we accept it, we spend less time struggling with it. If we accept it, we might -- maybe a feeling like depression. I might be depressed for one or two days. Once I accepted it and release it, much like it is a relationship, “Thank you so much. I no longer need you in my life.” If we spend a month or two months refusing that emotion even though it is constantly there reminding us that it needs our attention in some manner or another, it is two months out of my life that I spend struggling and refusing this. And in reality, it never really goes away. The mind keeps it and absorbs it. Perhaps, we’re not ready for it now but maybe it will show up again and here from now and maybe even a couple of months from the moment they first started feeling it. Acceptance in therapeutic hypnosis is one of the major factors that makes the process easier and makes the process of restructuring ones life manifest. Once we accept the things that are happening to us, everything happens easier in our life. There’s a reason why everything happens. It is not that these ideas or these concepts have come to our door without our prior permission. Accepting the things that happen is primarily the best thing one can do. On behalf of tvlesson.com, this has been Robert J Escandon. Thank you for watching.
