It’s been an incredible week down here, and I have to tell you it’s been a week loaded with fantastic experiences. I am going to have to say that number 5 on our top five video countdowns was the family meal we had with the Ethno-Indian people. What an incredible experience. First of all, they have a fire pit in their backyard to roast whole lamb. Oh my God! Secondly, a grandma that had a vision that I would come there. For that reason alone worth it. So that would be my number 5. Number 4 would be our morning that we spend with the guys in the Shanty Town. There was happiness and a joy in that neighborhood, and some fantastic people and how about those incredible, incredible bowls of soup. You have to have a grandma in this part of the world to make you sheep’s head soup. It’s just better than any other place. Hands down, not even close. Shanty Town! Number 3, Backstage at La Brigada, doesn’t get any better. The owner takes you by the hand, brings you into the kitchen and throws 30-40 pounds of some of the best meat you’ve ever eaten in the world, down on the grill. It literally melts in your mouth. I will never forget. That was meat heaven. Superb! Number 3. Numero Dos has to be the experience of the Estancia. The food was fantastic. They have 400-500 pounds old cow, young calf thrown on to the parisia and cooked for 12-14 hours. That’s going to be quite an eating experience but to compete with the gauchos at some of their sports can be completely unequipped to do so, and quitting myself fairly well was something that I will never forget. Number 1, not even close me, Cecilia, the tango artists, Las Violetas for little dulce de leche this weighs like three kilos. On to El Rey for a sauce and sandwich, heaven, and to top it all off I got a tango lesson. She is pretty hot.
