Carrots juice can help your vision, but it's not going to help in the way that you might think it helps meaning it's helps for the long-term health of your eye. The carrot juice has certain vitamins and minerals and that will help a long-term growth and development of the eye, specifically the pigments of the eye on the surface of the eye and in the retina. So yes, it's great to have carrot juice. It will help you long-term, drinking carrot juice is not going give X-ray vision or super duper vision right away, but you're doing a good job in protecting yourself in the years to come. We think it will help when matter of generation and possibly cataracts as you get older.
