Ciara's style has certainly changed since she burst on the scene with low rise jeans and crop tops, but does she look better now or before?

Ciara Now And Then Female: RNB performer Ciara burst onto the scene in 2004 and is about to release her fourth video album titled “Basic Instinct”. Still only 24, she can add actress and fashion model to her list of accomplishments. She may be modeling designer clothes today but let’s rewind back from the days when Ciara lived in cropped tops, low rise jeans and boots. Ciara: Oh, I got inspired form things like batman and all those and the Hulk. And I was really into the superhero concept, so I kind of just want to take it there. Female: And that explains some of these outfits. Ciara like to dress like a tomboy but shows some skin at the same time. And she paired boots with everything. Fast forward a few years and Ciara has ditched the bling and altitude for couture and elegance and Givenchy’s new muse. Ciara: It means a lot me. It makes me more motivate for the next step. I'm excited about things ahead. It's a lot more things that I feel and it’s almost kind of like surreal feeling right now. Female: Being a face of Givenchy means the singer can’t be seen looking anything but perfect. And she now steps out in Versace, El Debarge, Balmain, and obviously Givenchy. Female: What inspires you when it comes to fashion? Ciara: I guess maybe it’s just the energy of like seeing something great on somebody or you know when I put on something great, I feel good you know. And there’s nothing I got feeling in trying something new or doing something more so hot and people saying, “Wow that looks amazing”, like the energy is crazy. Female: Ciara certainly looks classier but is it ashamed that some of her urban swagger is long gone? You decide.
