Cosmopolitan Recipe This drink was discovered when it appeared on a very popular television show and now it is all of age. It is called the Cosmopolitan. I am going to show you how I make it. First, we are going to start with a chilled glass, just like we chill our martini glass and let that do the work. Then we start of with a jigger, nice measured shot of vodka. I am going to add 1/2 shot of Quantro or Triple Sec. Then we are going to add two measured shots of cranberry juice. This is very important because you do not want this drink too red. Two-measured shot is plenty. And now, just a touch of sweetened lime juice. Good. Stir around 12 times. Let us drop our ice from a chilled glass back in. Strainer, always flushed against the rim, into our chilled glass. Okay. Now we are going to put in the garnish. So a sliver over the lime. The Cosmopolitan.
