Customize OS X Finder's Background Welcome to Techzilla Daily. I’m Veronica Belmont. Looking for a way to say your OS 10 Desktop apart from the crowd, Techzilla viewer CJ wrote in to share a tip on tweaking your Finder Windows. CJ writes, “Here’s a way you can change the background in the Finder window to a different color or even a picture. Open Finder and right click in the white area where your folders are. Click Show view options. At the bottom, choose either Color or Picture. If you chose Color, click the white box that appears. With Picture, click Select then select your desired picture. Thanks CJ! Keep in mind that you have to be using icon view for this option to appear. But if you want to add a dash of personality to your Finder windows, give it a try. Hey if you have a tip or trick that you want to share, and then email us at Techzilla@revision3.com. And don’t forget Techzilla.com, it’s the place to find more tips, tricks, product reviews and how-to’s.
