An ancient festival in modern Cairo lives on "Sham el Nessim" or translated to "smell the breeze" this festival is celebrated by the traditional eating of feseekh a smelly salted fish. Recently Egypt's highest Muslim authority ordered the country's Muslim to stop eating Feseekh as it is un-Muslim.
