[Music Playing] One, two, three, four you know money adds up. How would you like to save some? I have got two really great tips today where you are going to save and use the money. One is going to be on the springtime or one is going to start saving your money right now. Let us talk about the springtime savings. If you have got a garden hose bib like I do and many people have and some people have several, you have got to make sure you disconnect the garden hose from the faucet. If you do not, if you have a frost-proof hose bib, the pipe can actually burst behind the wall, you will not even know it and you will not find out until the springtime when you turn the water on the first time. So make sure you take that hose off of there and you will see water dribble out of the faucet. To save money right now that really needs a job. I want you to go down into your basement or possibly your cross basement and I will tell what you are going to find. You are going to find places where the floor joints pass over the foundation just like here. And what you want to look for is if you have no insulation on these spots, you want to add it, easy to do, it takes some regular fiberglass insulation, cut it to fit and just stuff it right up in there. Six-inch patch work really great if you can get them up in that space. Now, if you already have insulation in those locations, guess what, you still maybe losing money. Here is how to save it. Just simply pull one of those patch out of the location and look at it. If you see a black spot at the bottom or the top of that patch, guess what, that is to telling you that there is an air leak in that location and the fiber glass is acting like a filter. So, you want to go ahead and cover that spot where you see the wood not meeting another piece of wood. Make it tight with some caulk, it does not matter what type and you are going to start saving money instantly. That is the way to do it.
