Fatality Rate of Asperger's Syndrome Iam not aware of any data on fatalities in Asperger’s. Actually, I only say it with one exception, which is sadly the thing I know of. Which is only anecdotal and you may or may not want to put this in because of their increased risk for depression and because sometimes people don’t really notice the depression, because the person is still talking up a blue streak, there is probably some risk for suicide.
