First Dates 101

Mary, Meghan, and Julia talk about the best conversation starters on a first date. Cause getting past that first date all depends on great conversation. Each girl highlights the best questions they ask on a first date.

Meghan: Today were talking about the best questions asks on a first date. I hate going on dates like date number one, number two, number three and then by date number five you’ll finally know the guys is a smock. Julia: Excuse me, how to find for getting all the way to date number five dude. Mary: Yeah, right the smock gets to date number five. Meghan: Well. Julia: That’s impressive. Mary: That’s in free dinner for you. Julia: Where are you from, what college did you go to, I don’t know, do you have any siblings like that kind of thing gets really lame, really quickly. Mary: Right. Julia: I thought that the best first date question it’s a little intense but let's say you're in the mood to find a husband, this will tell more about that person than anything else. Meghan: Oh, give to me, give it to me, give it to me. Julia: How would you raise your kids? Mary: No, that’s the scariest question for guys ever. Meghan: Oh, my God I love that question, I've asked that on every single date. Julia: Its sense it more—really. Mary: Girly_girl ask, “Is there any question that is off limits?” and for me I would say that the kid question is like off limits for at least a month.\ Meghan: Oh, my God I put that in— Mary: At least a month. Meghan: I think you're probably right, you're probably right because I have said in like the first ten minutes of meeting, guys and I think that so funny and so flirty, I will be like “So, how many kids do you want”. Julia: Yeah, that’s funny, no that is funny. Meghan: And like and no my good guy friend who was potentially was going to be a date or something more, he was like “I just want to let you know please never do that on a date again.” Julia: Meghan found this article in Divine Caroline which list about 10 questions that you should ask on your. Meghan: On your first date. Julia: And I'm reading through this questions last night and one of them is “How do you feel about science?”, how do you feel about science? No, answer it, do it. Meghan: I love it. Mary: What's your father or mother like father or mother like? I always asked that. Julia: That’s good you can ask it as directly as that but if you're like, “Oh, are you close with your parents?” Meghan: But that’s actually a good tell-tail sign because actually on a first date I want to know are you that close with your parent, if you're not close to your parents it may not be the same values with someone I share, that’s all. Julia: Yeah, the way you ask these questions is probably even more crucial than what’s the question actually are. Mary: That is a really good point, its all in the tone of your voice in the delivery not necessarily. Meghan: So you don’t want to— Julia: What do you plan to be doing in the next ten years? Meghan: Or how about this one, no, no how about this one “Is your biological clock ticking like mine is” Julia: Do you say that, I can see you saying you saying that on a date? Meghan: That’s a great, great point because I remember probably a couple of weeks ago as I was on date and I was going so, so badly and then we looked at this old couple. The little old man at the end of the date brings out a corsage, a corsage for this woman and so we watched them through the window like see if they go home together, they totally went home together. Julia: Oh, really. Meghan: Yes, 70 year old people still make love, I do anyways. Julia: Wow. Meghan: So I would love to know what your ultimate first date question is because I mean we are obviously— Mary: There got to be some good ones out there.
