Fridge Coil Cleaning Tips

Hey everyone! I am Eric Rochow and this RealWorldGreen. This is moose. Today we are going to talk about how to green your refrigerator. Specifically, we are going to clean the condenser coil of the refrigerator. All refrigerators have this thing. It is either on the back of your refrigerator or on the bottom of your refrigerator. It is a bunch of piping and a bunch of wires; basically, without being too technical about it. And you can pull off the front vent grate of your refrigerator and you can see this one is just full of dirt. That means, more than likely, the coil is also dirty. Underneath here is the coil for this one. You can buy a long coil cleaning brush. You can also use your vacuum with the crevice cleaner to clean out your coils. Anyway you can get those coil cleaned is a good way to do it. You might want to pull it out first to work at it. Maybe get your better half to help with that.
