The other is molded polystyrene panels which carry a higher R-value. Both come in kits which are easy to install with a tape measure, straight edge and a utility knife. There is also the home made approach. Cutting pieces of foamcore and attaching them with double-sided tape. A layer of double lip weather stripping will help you seal the gap between the door and the floor.
