Branden: This is Branden from Colorado. My question is, how do I maintain good heart health with a family history of heart disease? Christine Lawless: Branden, that's a wonderful question. Unfortunately genetics in the family that we were born into, we cannot do a lot about that. However, we can make the most of the rest of the equation, and that means get regular exercise, follow a heart healthy diet, do not smoke, if you have diabetes keep that under control, if you have hypertension, keep that under control as well. And then if you are discovered to have lipid abnormalities or cholesterol abnormalities, that's another way to keep your heart very healthy. If you can keep those under control it would be great.
