From here you can manage how many users manage their account information, manage domain names, you can set your service settings for email, calendar, chat, your start page, your documents, your sites, mobile, and web pages. As an administrator you can have features either active or inactive, so for example, if you don't want your employees using chat, you can make it inactive going through the Google Apps domain.
