Grilled Fruit Side Dish Recipes
Well we've been cooking all day and it’s really time to round out the meal. So let’s talk
about some quick and easy delicious side dishes that you could make in almost no time at
all.
I have a mozzarella, basil, and tomato salad here, it also knows -- known as 00:00:22,
very simple to make. You want to take some tomatoes, slice them? As you can see here,
I’ve used red, and yellow tomatoes to give more color and make it more eye appealing.
I also have slices of fresh mozzarella. I have some basil leaves from my garden that I’ve

The next thing that I have here, is a pasta salad. I’ve taken some pasta that I cooked

chopped up. Now, most I'm going to take just a little bit more of that vinaigrette that I’ve
made, and this comes in handy to finish the pasta salad, so just a little vinaigrette, toast
the salad, and it’s a wonderful way to use, leftover grilled vegetables or to combine
grilled vegetables with something more substantial to round out the meal.
The next thing that we can do is we can make a tricolore salad, which is green lay
00:01:40 00:01:44. We’ve toast the grills together, we’ve added a little Gurgaon cheese
to give it some interest, and again I'm going to use my vinaigrette.
As you can see, having a vinaigrette on head is wonderful for somewhere grilling or
grilling anytime of the year, because it helps to marinade and it will also helps to
complete dishes. So we’ll toss our salad, this salad is also going to come in handy
because I'm going to use it to complete the salmon and the grilled tuna dishes. What I'm
going to do is to make some of my tossed salad, put in on a plate with my salmon. And
this will complete this dish.
So I’ve also added the grilled pineapple to this dish. It won't make a nice balance of
flavors here. The grilled salmon was narrated in the Balsamic marinated. The salad has
the balsamic marinade as addressing and the fruit adds a nice sweetness to this as well.
And lastly, I'm going to take my tuna steak that I’ve grilled. I’ve placed it on a role, and
I'm going to complete with some of salad. This will also balance the flavors, the
smokiness of the tuna with the tart, sweet of the balsamic vinaigrette. So there you have
