Man 1: There are a lot of things that you like, skating, surfing and just hanging around the beach. Man 2: Totally radical. Yes. Man 3: Hi, my name is Bret. I moved here to Hermosa Beach three years ago. This is my backyard. Beach volleyballs are really big here. Surfing, lots of surfers down here. There is a lot more than just going to the gym and getting on in treadmill. You can come out here and play volleyball, skateboard on the street, and bike down the street. You get a stress-free atmosphere. I would say, more of a layback atmosphere. Female 1: The Poop deck has been here a long time. It is the Poop deck, the name in itself. Man 4: Last April what we are doing are the cheapest birthday parties. Man 5: I have been coming here for about – before I was 21 mechanically. Man 6: Good place to drink with a pitcher of beer, suit you at seven bucks. Female 1: And they have buds. Bud, anymore bud. Female 2: I am in Hermosa Beach and I am a waitress at the Hennessey’s Tavern, right on the street. We have good rate burgers and we have deals going on all week, Mondays through Sundays, special days all week and great, great, great service. A lot of people come back for the servers. Man 1: On a weekend’s dragon, this spot to go. Man: I guess you are pretty good in the cape and in the Dragon. The crowd tends to be young professional, but we get every walk of life. Man 7: The DJ, part owner is an ex-AVP player. Mostly on Saturdays and Sundays we are going to have Trans house, tip house, clubious type of music. Man 8: Where are we? Man 9: I am not sure. I came with you. Man 8: He was actually visiting with the Fat Face Fenners Fishack. Female 3: We are the South bay home of the Boston Red Sox and the Patriots or any Boston team for that matter. We catered the Boston Knights or Bostonians. Male 10: Assholes as we call them. Female 3: We serve really great seafood in chowders which is what we are all used to from New England.
