Honoring Our Soldiers Paula’s Video Blog with the WIN Founder and CEO, Paula Fellingham Paula: Hello this is Paul thank you so much for joining me on this video blog. I wanted today to give a shout out and a cheer for the military. The other day as my son came home and most of you know my eldest son in the military he’s an 18 Delta and that’s a Medic and he’s a special forces Green Beret and I could not be more proud and he has had. He has seen some combat and had lots of amazing opportunities within the military and also opportunities to serve. He’s very committed. He’s a wonderful soldier. What I noticed the other day when he came back from a training and he met someone else who is at our home that I was meeting with who has also been in the military. There is a brotherhood. There is a connection that these men have that is instant and it strong and there’s like a common bond and I listen to them talking conversing back and forth and sharing stories and my heart was just filled with not just motherly pride but also I was filled with a greater understanding of what that feels like because I was listening. And just kind of part of that as they connected so quickly the didn’t even know each other but knowing that they had both served and they were both in the military and being just like aware of this wonderful like almost like magnetism that they have immediately I thought oh this is something special this is something that’s’ even hard to put into words and I honor those men. I applaud them and women and its tricky now because of the conflicts that are worldwide and not very many people are joining the military and we know this and so they keep rewinding. They keep reusing the ones that have already served and that’s you know that’s sometimes a challenge also for the families who are involved with that. But I wanted to let them know and anyone who’s listening who’s in the military I want to thank you and I want to remind us as supporters of those in the military who are serving us that we every chance we get we need to thank them. We need to honor them. We need to go out of our way and an airport when we see someone maybe in their bid of use and say thank you. We appreciate your service soldier and I know it means a lot to them. I wanted to share that with you today and hope your days fill with wins and we’ll talk soon. Have a wonderful day.
