Erik Michielson: It’s—you also—so much immense variability and the whole process year over year. Every year is different, the weather is different, the ground is different so your styles are important because that gives you your framework. Patty Green: Right. Erik Michielson: That’s what—every year you know you apply the—you know flat framework to the variable elements. Patty Green: One of the really important things especially when buying a brand is pinot noir is that even given vintage variant you have stylist to consistency. So overall the years we have a certain types of fermentation style, there are certain things that we do before we go to barrel we’re using one barrel producer as you can see— Erik Michielson: Sure. Patty Green: So what this does, it brings seamlessness to the style but we can still have vintage variants. Erik Michielson: And with that—not only with the seamlessness style that that it comes back to the family and we talked about earlier. Last night over the dinner, some of the greatest sausages by the way, of all time, I mean with the bet roots and then complimented it with a corn salad that was absolutely off the charts, I’ll link up a little recipe with that. But you also showed just book after book of pictures through the year from the harvest. Patty Green: Right. Erik Michielson: And you know you talked about—you know you put the structure in place to make the most out of that variability and drive that consistent theme you know year after year. Patty Green: Right exactly and— Erik Michielson: And then— Patty Green: Some people that have work for me for years and years and year and that’s about as I was saying earlier about creating relationship from what you’re doing, it is not just—its not just a people that you working with immediately— Erik Michielson: Right. Patty Green: But it’s like suppliers. Erik Michielson: Right. Patty Green: People are getting you the glass, some people of better printing your labels if you are able to create these long relationships, you will have benefits in your life.
