So are you ready, let's go number 10, don't leave your waist lining around, that something more annoying when you're looking for weight and you can't find it. And also it can be dangerous for the people around like stumbling cant waist and getting themselves we don't want that so put your weights back and it's also an exercise opening then back. Number 9 share you equipment with better people, don't hurt them, its fine if the gym equipment is there for every one to use so be consider with lot of people. Number 7 address appropriately, women please do once stinky little broads even if you are call at gym roll just don't .Okay, the gym is a place to work out if it isn't the beach. And for men wear a t-shirts stay away from the spaghetti strap. Number 6 don't grunt, no it's not as you -- it's a gym you know you can hear every second we just don't please don't grunt. Number 3 please wipe your sweat off machines, specifically cardio machines, there is nothing worse than when you are using a machine of cardio equipments, bicycle and any users you know realize you just touch lots of sweat if this disguising. Number 2 don't spot person unless needed -- it's very insulting and consider person and secondly to person is aspartate just don't. Number 1 gym etiquettes to remember no posing or wagging in front of the mirror, the gym is there or use the mirror to like see if you have good form but nobody either going around and just checking yourself about every two seconds.
