How to Balance Objects

Learn how to balance objects such as juggling club and spoon.

Balancing act Like juggling, balancing is another fun way to manipulate objects. I am balancing a juggling club; I suggest you start up with something tall and heavy on the top like a broomstick or a yardstick. When you start, try balancing on your fingertips, keep your eye on the top of the object, do not let go until you are sure it is straight up and down. As soon as it starts to turn, you bring your hand under the top. Try to make small movements as possible, so you are not doing this, very small movements. Once you have it down on your hand, try it with smaller objects, like this size then you can move on to other parts of your body like balancing on your chin or your nose. Again, keep your eye on the top, make sure it is straight up and down before you let go and make a smaller movements as possible, unless you wanted to look harder. Let me try something smaller because the smaller an object it is, the harder it is to balance. When you see people balance things like ladders and bicycles that is not as difficult as something like a spoon. If you really want to challenge yourself, once you get control with that, try it with the teaspoon, smaller movements as possible.
