How to Change Eye Color in Photoshop CS3

In this Adobe Photoshop CS3 tutorial, learn how the eye color of a photographed person can easily be changed using the elliptical marquee tool paired with the hue/saturation command.

Here is quick way to change eye color in a photo in Photoshop. Use the Elliptical Marquee Tool and then of course, you will need to zoom up if necessary to get a closer look at the eyes. And you’re going to ago ahead and you are going to select, put a marquee around; move it if necessary. And then hold down your Shift key and do the same to other eye and then release. And then you want to go to your Image menu and then go to Adjustments and then Hue/Saturation. And you could go ahead and you could change the Hue to make it a different color and you’ll see that it’s changing color as you move that and as you move it all along the spectrum, you’re going to get a different color for the eyes; we’ll go with the green here. And then Saturation, it’s going to make a little less colorful over to the left hand side a little more colorful over to the right and I like to go little bit over to the left to make it look slightly more natural. And then your Lightness, you can move up if you wan to create some light to the eyes or a darker eye, you could go the left. Once again, I like to go just a little bit light here and then click on your OK button and then do a Ctrl D on your keyboard to deselect and there you’ve quickly changed the color of the eye to the person in Photoshop.
