[Music Playing] As we go to rebounding fundamentals, we teach a one-two principle that makes it very simple for the players. First thing you do is you step towards the offensive player; make contact the second, you go to get the ball. We use a wheel motion to demonstrate this, the players will move in a clockwise or wheel motion around the lane, the shot goes up they need to go get the rebound. White is on defense, Red is on offense, will see how it looks, we go 5 times. Go ahead move. [Music Playing] Go get it, defense has one rebound, ready, go again. Now they all have to stay between there men in the basket, good, good rebound. Defense has two, move, move, good, defense has three, move, defense has four and move one more time. [Music Playing] Good rebound.
