How to Cook a Lobster Dan: In this weeks episode wherever Kelly and I and to our hoop netting we’re trying to catch lobster using hoop nets that’s a legal way to do it sport fishing lines and what we wanted to do is something different in the Galley today. I’m with Loopy here at Birth 55 Seafood market. Traditionally, this Galley segment is always I see the fillet in a fish, cooking a fish. Today, we’re going to do a lobster. Just in case we do get a legal lobster today we want to know what do with it. Loopy is going to show us how to process one, steam it and some other way to click the lobster out. So I’d like to Carolina where we have the hoop nets, hoping to catch one. Here at Port 55 there’s all the lobsters you want it right here and his tense. Okay Loopy say you pulled the lobster out of the steamer what do we do next? Loopy: We going to cut it in a half this way. Dan: And this is to clean before we heat it right? Loopy: Put over like this, follow that cut see and the paper like this is our fish right here then we wash it on the sink here. Dan: Although the eggs on that side. Loopy: Yeah that’s the eggs. Dan: We’re the big vein thing there we talk about its right down the middle. Loopy: Right in the middle and it is right here and most of us all meat in there so that’s it. Dan: The rest of it it’s all pretty much edible, right? Loopy: Oh yeah, nothing but meat. Dan: All right Loopy I got to taste a piece of this. Loopy: Go ahead. Dan: So just take it out of here. Loopy: Take it out of there. Dan: Some hot butter, I don’t think I’ve ever been lobster I didn’t like. So that’s delicious and while we’re doing this we equip it we are at in the island or hoop net and try to catch illegal lobster. So hopefully in today’s show we’re going to catch one and now we know how to cook it and people come here they can eat a good skin like this and what other ways do you serve it. Loopy: We can do it on the grill or barbecue but the best thing for those put on the grill. Dan: So whatever way. A lot of people I can just steam it as way as it is a less calorie thing. Loopy: Less calorie thing and on the grill it has more like season and that kind of stuff I think on the grill is better. Dan: Yeah it taste good this is really fun. Well gets back on the water and join everybody aboard my boat over Caroline Island where we’re hoop netting trying to get as illegal lobster, one of this. Remember if you don’t get in the lobster where you hoop that in and you just want to spin in an afternoon enjoy a beautiful dish, the lobster dish seafood dish.
