Hello! And welcome to watchmojo.com I am your host Mihaela Coman, and I am here to talk to you about a new type of workout. The workout I am talking about it's fun and it's something like you look forward to. Imagine it, that almost sound impossible, but it isn't and it's belly dancing. Belly dancing is a great workout for many different reasons. First it's a good break from your normal. You can do it anywhere and its fun. Second belly dancing is also good, because its feminine dance that makes you feel feminine, and happy with your body. So it gives you a positive body image. It's also very good, because anybody can do it, whether you are tall, short, more voluptuous, skinny, whether you are old, whether you are young. It really doesn't matter as long as you want it. Belly dancing is also good, because it's a great cardio exercise. The more dancing you do the more exercise you get. It's also good for your abdominal muscles, it strengthened them therefore giving you a better posture. Forth and foremost the thing that I prefer most about this exercise is the fact that you don't need anything else except a great music that's going to make shake. I mean I am wearing a belly dance costume today and some people like to wear scarf around the waist to extenuate the movements, but in reality you really don't need anything except that piece of music. More and more women are discovering belly dancing as a great form of exercise. So just try it, and have fun and don't forget the most important thing is fun.
