How to Do Lunges with Resistance Bands

I'm Amy Mac. And in today’s fit life, we’re going to do lunges. Now, everybody gets tired of the same old lunges. So today, we’re going to do lunges with the resistance band. Let’s get started. Start by placing the band under the front foot. Then firmly plant that back foot in a deep lunge. Pull the band up- to your shoulders and make sure both toes are facing forward. Now bend that back knee and do a deep lunge. Squeeze the stomach, keep those shoulders back and don’t let that front knee come over your toe. Make sure you keep breathing. You're going to do 10 reps on each side. It’s always nice to take a boring old exercise like a lunge and add a new element like a resistance band to add a little fun and creativity to your workout.
