Male Speaker: Okay, I guess we go to interval training. Interval training first aerobic. This is aerobic, aerobic is something that's not too hard, something that you can say you can do very lightly that wont take too much time. Now interval aerobic training is one you can do three minutes at this phase and I am doing three minutes at a very low intensity. So my heart is now working down hard but now I am going to shift it to a higher level for one minute. So what I am gong to do is I am going to increase my phase slowly running that's it. Now for one minute I am keeping this and then I will come back a little bit slower continue for three minutes. For this type of activity there is three levels. Beginners can do three minutes for one minute hard. Intermediate two minutes, for one minute hard and if you are really advanced and adventurous one minute like this and one minute all out. This is to improve your heard. It will get your heart better. More oxygenated and will help you recover from your trainings. Remember tomorrow good luck and see you next time.
