Hi! I’m Olivia and these are my jerseylicious dieting tips for staying slim and trim. Okay girls, I know you’re all probably wondering how to lose weight and stay in shape. Gummy bears! I actually love, like, all type of gummy candies no matter what shape they are. Whether they be bears, iguanas, sabre-toothed tigers, I don’t know. This is how I discovered about the gummy bears. My family bought like an industrial size, like, portion of gummy bears. And I was really hungry one day and that was the first thing I saw so I grabbed the big tub. And I went back to my bedroom and I just start eating gummy bears. And before I know that I wasn’t hungry anymore, I was actually kind of nauseous. And I end up losing lot of weight because of it. So I mean just eat a bunch of gummy bears, and like, just eat enough of them, like, I’m talking about, like… like an industrial portion, like… you won’t get hungry because you’re just going to get… nauseous, you’re not going to want to eat anything else. I don’t know. I think it works. I’m (inaudible). This is excellent. Okay. Whew. I already feel full. My next dieting tip is coffee, iced coffee, regular coffee, whatever kind of coffee. Make sure you get at least two shots of espresso put into it because the espresso is just going to make your metabolism go crazy and you’re just going to, like, sweat the fat out of your body. Yeah, okay, maybe I might twitch when I’m older but it is, you know, I’m staying in the now so live for today. I hate going to the gym. I think it’s so disgusting sitting on all that old dirty equipment that everyone that already sweated on. I like to dance. To get a good arm workout, you don’t need to mow the lawn; you don’t need to water the plants. All you need to do is turn on the sprinkler. Come on feel it, feel it. Feels good, right? For a good inner thigh workout, this next one really works out your legs. Just kind of like this. You want to get everything moving at one. Just don’t touch anyone after you do this. You’ll probably shock them. So, here is the perfect aerobic exercise and it is called the running man. Here is the side view just in case you’re a little confused. You just want to keep it in a running movement. There’s a lot of different ways. You can even canoe a little, but it’s like a running canoe.
