Our concept to a flat iron one of our signature things is that we do cocktail flights and we do a different one every single day. It consists of three different cocktails. It really gives you a cocktail experience. When you sit down and you’re verbally told three different cocktails usually of a specific theme we do a flight to Hawaii, a flight to France, a flight to Peru a thickly flight. Today we’re going to do a flight—the Juniper flight, which are three Gin base cocktails. We’re doing a corpse reviver, which is old classic cocktail and it’s really what it is sort of the hair of the dog. The corpse reviver is a Tanqueray base, we’re doing that with Cointreau a little bit of Herbsaint which is a pastis and Lillet and fresh lemon juice.
