Cupcakes are all the rage. It seems like there is new cupcake bakeries popping up all over town and with good reason, who would not want to eat one of these adorably, personalize, cutely decorated individual pieces of cake and with all the rage comes all the gadgets. There is butterfly molds, there is car molds, alligator molds, there is even ginourmous cupcake molds. Look at these little stands, you can bake your cupcakes right in these little footed cupcake silicone molds. Just make sure they don't run away from you. Then there is cupcake stands. Once you just love to present this at your next party, just picked up your cupcakes, put them on the stand, beautiful summer-piece. Now if baking is not your thing, but you are in the mood to decorate, a good tip is to call up your local bakery and at often times they are more than happy to cook up your favorite cake in cupcake form. You bring them home and decorate them yourself. When it comes to decorating cupcakes, keep it whimsical, a variety of toppings is always a fun. So let's just take this little guy, I am going to give it a little face. I think he needs a face, he has got feet, he should have a face, right? Alright, a little mouth. There is something that you want on a little guy. Now when it comes to cupcake toppers, you want to keep them simple, whimsical and fine, but easy to handle, you don't want your hands getting all sticky. Candies are perfect for this. I love chocolates, candy bar is a great too, just want to cut them up and make them morsel size. Now, isn't he adorable? Cupcakes are not only fun to eat but they are easy and fun to display as well. So I will take one of my favorite cupcakes, this is a deep dark chocolate cupcake and I will take it out of its cupcake liner, and I'll pop it into a really nice elegant dish, just like so. Then top it off with my favorite caramel sauce. Now you can use strawberry sauce, raspberry sauce whatever you choose but this is pure decadence. So making your cupcake into a fancy dessert is as easy as pie, I mean cupcakes.
