How to Make Mint Ice Cream Cookies

Hi, I’m Madeline the elf. Today, I’m in the kitchen with Ms. Floss and we’re going to cook one of my favorite recipes and why it’s one of my favorite recipes because it’s lots of sugar. What we’re going to cook is a mint chip ice cream sandwiches. You’ll need some mint chocolate chip ice cream, butter, Cool Whip, special dark syrup and you could use whatever kind of Oreo and see why but I like this cool mint cream Oreos. First, we’re going to take some Oreos about half of it. Put them on a big plastic bag. You’ll going to zip, make sure that you zip the bag tight and I’ve got to smash it with the mallet not too hard and the rest you just scramble the crumbs. One full cube and put it right and you’re going to put this on the microwave. Now we’ll put all these Oreos right in. Make sure you get a lot of them. Stir them up. Now, we just take rest of the Oreos and put them right in the bag and do the same thing. So, we’re just going to put this right in to. You want to make sure at least probably every piece should have a piece of butter. We’re going to take some of these, not all though. Put them down right in here and you want to spread them out just so they can cover the bottom. It’s only about that much on a corner. My favorite parts of the ice cream. And now, you want to use the spatula to spread this ice cream out. Now, grab another spoon this is one of my other favorite parts, Cool Whip, yummy. You want to just grab some of this, spread it around. There we go. You don’t want to use the whole thing. Get the spatula. I wish we could just eat this right now, chocolate. You could use any kind of chocolate but I like dark chocolate. Open that up, so try to spread it around. For your rest of your Oreos you don’t have to use them all but you can sprinkle them all around. You’ve try to eat with fingers too. Now, we put in the freezer and wait a couple of hours.
