There’s no better addition to a barbecue with good friends and good food than a pitcher of Sangria. Hi, I’m Rebecca Breighton and welcome to watchmojo.com and today we’ll be showing how to make this classic Spanish punch. So what we’ll need for a Sangria is one bottle of dry red wine, half a cup of brandy, half a cup of triple sec, 1/3 of a cup of orange juice , a quarter cup of lemon juice, a third of a cup of frozen lemonade concentrate, a quarter cup of white sugar which is optional. Some Maraschino cherries and oranges, lemons and limes Firstly, add all the liquids including the lemonade concentrate to a large pitcher or bowl. Add the sugar at this point if you’re using it and stir until everything is combined. Slice the oranges, lemons, and limes, and float these slices along with the Maraschino cherries in the mixture. To get the best flavor, refrigerate your Sangria overnight if you can wait that long. For some extra fizz, add two cups of carbonated water just before serving. There are tons of variations on this recipe. Using white wine can make a Sangria blanco or try using bananas, kiwis and peaches.
