How to Make Sexy Mixed Drinks Hi my name is Nicholas Alaberti and today I’ll be teaching you how to make some luscious libations to go along with the delicious meals that Cheryl has shown you. Remember, don’t over do it. One glass too many an alcohol will serve as a depressant instead of an aphrodisiac. Remember what Shakespeare said in Macbeth, it provokes the desire but takes away the performance. Moderation is the key here. A nice refreshing drink that would go well with several of the lighter dishes Cheryl prepared. It’s called between the sheets. Right name don’t you think. First, you going to take your shaker and fill it with ice cubes, add in the juice of a quarter of a lemon, then you add in one ounce of brandy an ounce of Cointreau or triple sect if you prefer and an ounce of light rum. Just top on give a good shake and you want to strain it into your glasses now garnishing this drink is very simple you can either take a lemon wedge and put it on the edge of the glass or if you’d like you can peel the rind off the lemon and flow it on top of your drink. This is a life refreshing drink with a bit of a tropical fill to it. I believe it would compliment Cheryl’s artichoke appetizer and we’d also go nicely with the strawberries, avocados, papaya and shrimp in her salad. Sex on the beach another great name; this is a classic drink that most people have had. The name alone will get some ideas into your loved ones had. There are many variations on the string but I like to make my little bit of raspberry liqueur chambord. We’re going to start out with two Collins glasses filled with ice an ounce of vodka all that with an ounce of my chambord. And finally, an ounce of peach schnapps. And then you want to top this off with some orange juice and cranberry juice. The one about twice as much orange juice is cranberry juice and give it a good stir and enough amount of spill. And finally we’ll garnish this with a nice slice of orange right inside the box. There you have it I think this drink would go nicely with Cheryl salad or simply as a pre dinner drink, it’s sure with night and sparks. Dessert Drinks are always fun and they can be use as a substitution to dessert or an addition. This next drink Spanish coffee is really all about the presentation so make sure you practice at a couple of times before you serve it. Now to start we’re going to take a large bowl of wine glass. Take a lemon wedge and simply rim the glass. Next tip your glass in sugar the courser the better. I’m going to pour in some Kahlua about one and half ounces and then some Bacardi 151 rum about one and a half ounces also. The rum float on top of the Kahlua, now to serve this drink you’re going to need a spoon enough hot coffee to fill the glass, some cinnamon and some whip cream and of course some nachos. All right when you’re ready like your match dip your spoon into the alcohol, light your spoon and carefully just of the liquid back into the glass. Now, carefully tilt your glass and we’ll slightly melt the sugar on the rim as you roll it. Next take a picture of cinnamon which would make him sparks like that and then to put out your flames pour enough hot coffee to fill the glass. Finally, top it some of whip cream and then you have a flaming Spanish coffee. This drink should definitely ignite some flames. Tart and sweet are two contrasting flavors which can have a delightful effect when mixed together appropriately. Our next drink is called sweet lemons. Earlier, I put a glass in the freezer to get I just chilled this possible, this is a really fun drink to garnish. First, I’m going to start with a lemon wedge and I’m just going to whim the glass and I’m going to roll it in sugar. I’m going to put this back in the freezer to keep it a chill as possible when we make our drink. Now, for the drink you’re going to want to warm up some honey about two tablespoons. This can be done on the microwave; it only takes about ten seconds. Then I’m going to take about teaspoons of fresh lemon juice. I’m going to mix it in with the honey. Just like that and mix it together. We’ll pour this into our shaker filled with ice and finally we’ll add about three ounces of absolute citron. Let your tap on and give it a good shake and remember the longer you shake the color of the drink will be and I get my glass back out and strain in my sweet lemons and finally to garnish I’ll take a peel of lemon and then a little twist and float it on the drink. Remember if you’re making two drinks you going to want to double all the amounts of your ingredients. This is a perfect drink for a hot summer evening and I think it would complement Sheryl’s baked honey breed, the honey and the appetizer will bring out the honey in the drink. Chocolates Aphrodisiac qualities can extend beyond dessert into your drink. A chocolate Martini is a perfectly accompaniment for dessert especially Cheryl’ chocolate soufflé. We’re going to start by preparing our glass. I’ve had this one chilled and first I’m going to rim the glass in coco powder. You can either use baker’s coco for a little bit of a bitter taste or hot coco powder if you prefer sweeter taste. We’ll put this back in the freezer and keep it as cold as possible. I’ve got my shaker filled with ice. I’m going to add in a good amount of chocolate liqueur about one and a half ounces. Next, I’m going to put in some vanilla flavor vodka. Now, here’s where you can get creative. You can add in any flavor vodka you like, its raspberry, orange or cherry. We’ll give a little bit of extra flavor. I’m going to stick with plain chocolate. Give it a good shake, get your chilled glass back out and go ahead and strain it in. Now for the garnish depending on which flavor you added you can garnish accordingly either flow the raspberry on top. Slice the strawberry or since I have a plain chocolate Martini I’m going to take some white chocolate and shape a couple of pieces on top. And there you have a chocolate martini, delicious. Champagne It has to be one of the most romantic drinks. Opening a champagne bottle can be a little intimidating but, it’s really quite easy. Just take a towel in your hand grasp the cork on the bottle and slowly twist the bottle this way the weight of the bottle is doing most of the work and your cork should pop out smoothly. Now if you’re not usually a fun of champagne you can sweeten up the flavor a little bit. A bologna is champagne with about an ounce of peach schnapps but you can really add in any flavor liqueur like chambord or Cointreau. Champagne is very festive and really romantic. It goes well with anything but I think this would complement Cheryl’s oyster and green pea puree on tray.
