Zeytinyagli Lahana Dolmasi So it is time to serve our Cabbage Dolma so we wanted it to cool just a little bit and this is a great time to use your hands because if you use hogs or anything then you can pierce the cabbage to get holes in it and you do not want that. So you have our great serving pot over it which is going to make everything look really nice and remember this is an appetizer so you do not have to over power it too much. Just strip you could pieces on the plate. You can always refill it and remember to keep an eye on your Dolmasi that is cooking in the back. You always want to check that and make sure it does not burn. You want to wait for that to come to a nice boil and then you can even lower the heat and let it really cook up and simmer in there. So you see how losing my hands it is very gentle it does not pierce the cabbage. It keeps it all soft you can smell the aroma of currents and the cinnamon. Ah~ it is delicious and you see this is very easy. This is a great dish it is so authentic Turkish cooking in everyway. And now what we are going to do is just garnish it just a little bit with a fresh lemon because every Olive Oil dish, fresh lemon goes great. What I like to do is just cut the tops off and then cut them long way so they look like kind of wedges cut them once, twice very easy and you can even give a little squeeze right before you are about to eat that and you can leave this up until they cool because again room temperature is best or even cold and this is where when we had left over and you are coming in the fridge you do not feel like cooking anything you could just grab with you bites and really had to spot. So now you even have some cherry tomatoes just add in here the red gives it great color because in Turkish cuisine not only does it tastes great but we love the way it looks makes its look very appetizing, very pleasing.
