I don’t expect them to give the thing away for free, I’m just saying. Microsoft is looking to make a magic wand and I’m not talking about the kind with a phoenix feather in it. A patent has been filed for something called Magic Wand, it would allow for a rich interaction with your environment and kind of your electronics. Kind of like a motion controlled computing or minority report kind of thing, it would even recognize your hand versus someone else in your households hand, of course this is just a concept to this point but the project is code named Newton. iPhone data plans maybe getting cheaper soon, rumors are flying that the iPhone data plan could drop by a whole $10.00 per month which would put it at $20.00 per month for unlimited data. Of course these are pipe dreams but this news is getting quite a buzz so keep your fingers crossed. They are going to start charging for online news, this is surprising, we don’t know exactly when or how much they’re going to charge, we just know that it won’t be a free model anymore in the near future. Now I’ve realized that the newspaper business is short on cash these days but the question is this, will the Mercury’s content be so superior that you just have to pay for it because you can't get it anywhere else.
