So our artichokes are done. It’s time to put them in our serving platter. Now the artichokes are the king of all vegetarian meals. It’s a favorite of our producers and I know he can’t wait to eat it. So what you want to do is just spoon them very gently and then when these cool, they’re going to be much harder. But when they’re warm, they’re a little soft so you got to be careful because you don’t want them to break. And these are best eaten at room temperature or cold like I said before and this is great because if you want to make them in the morning, you could just put them in the fridge and they’re great for the evening and they’re great the next day. You just want to spoon over the rest of the mixture all around your plate. You want the juices to flow and then with each bite, you can just dip the artichoke in it, dip some bread in it, some warm pita bread and you see how the dills are already cooked. It cooks from the steam. And if you wanted to, you can also use carrots from the can as well. I use fresh ones today. If you’re pressed for time, you could always use the ones from the can. See, I like it overflowing with vegetables almost so you can’t see the artichoke. So this is our delicious artichoke meal called Enginar or artichokes with vegetables. Our lamb chops are so marinating in the fridge but when we come back, we’re going to start on our delicious rice pilaf.
