Amand Junker: Its no surprise you are tired all the time if you can't get a good night sleep. You can improve your quality of shut eye with these tips. First, use your bedroom for sleep and your mind to associate your bed with getting to sleep. Avoid caffeine and exercise for 3-5 hours before bedtime and limit alcohol at night, each can keep you from getting a solid night slumber. Make sure that your room is dark and cool. The ideal temperature of sleep is 65 degrees Fahrenheit. To transition into sleep mode, don't watch TV or go online for an hour before turning it, instead develop a soothing sleep ritual that will help your body wind out. Try stepping outside for fresh air, tiding up the house or relaxing with a book, anything that provides closer for the day. Check back tomorrow, for another 60-Second solution.
