Take off all your clothes and look at yourself in a full-length mirror. Now I knew that probably takes some courage. Now list three parts of your body that you really like. If three don’t come to mind, work at it until you find three parts that you can eventually be positive about, your toes, your ears, your eyes. Do this everyday and then every week, gradually increase the amount of parts to four things then five and so on. It’s a very difficult exercise but all the experts tell me it’s a very useful one, so do take it seriously please. You really cannot help improve yourself, help yourself in any way or even expect others to like you if you don’t like yourself. Apparently, the part of the body always rated highest by women is the face, even though we admit we’re not cover girls. That’s because we’re more accepting of our faces because there’s a use to them. So three or four times a week, spend a few minutes perusing your naked body in a mirror, gradually you’ll teach yourself that you can find a positive approach. It will also give you more motivation to do something about the parts that you don’t like.
