Host: Looking for some last minute, inexpensive gifts? As Rhianne shows us, a lot of our viewers out there have some great suggestions. Rhianne: Whether it’s for your coworkers or holiday parties, we all have those little gifts we need to pick up that we want to keep inexpensive but don’t want to look cheap, we asked you send us your responses for your favorite gifts under $10.00. Come on, let’s go shopping. Gifts you can pick up almost anywhere from Target to WalMart and everywhere in between. We took your suggestions on our Facebook page. Paige Stonerock sent her idea to battle these cold winter days. This is one of my favorites. Just about anyone can enjoy this gift. Get a nice mug and then give some yummy cocoa or even some nice coffee. You can also buy these separately. Cheap gift but just about anyone can enjoy it. It’s the thought that counts so don’t make your gifts an afterthought. Another great idea was submitted through Kevin Casey on Facebook. Kevin says, find something unique depending on who you’re buying for. From coffee table books to scary vampire novels, Michelle Mullen says a book is a great gift for Christmas, Hanukkah or any holiday. Especially if you really know what the person likes. A book like this you could pick up and probably find on sale and get well under $10.00 whether you’re at WalMart, Target, even Barnes & Noble or Borders but watch out, something like this, although it is under $10.00 can definitely send the wrong messages. Another good option, Carla Ingberg says candles are almost always welcome. And if you want to make your gift even more personal, Colette De Baker says use an easy recipe with all the ingredients and make them a nice surprise. Bake your favorite brownies or some chocolate chip cookies and buy a cool decorative plate for just a few bucks, viola, you have a nice homemade gift. But be careful, not everyone will love your grandmother’s recipe for brownies. And you can never go wrong with gift cards. Several viewers said, get iTunes for those music lovers in your life or even a NetFlix membership if they’re a movie buff.
