Italian Fruit Punch

Giada's Italian fruit punch is a Halloween drink that grownups will enjoy.

Italian fruit punch is a Halloween drink you can serve to adults. It’s a flavorful blend of orange juice, sparkling water and two Italian liquors. Cherry flavored Maraschino and Tart Lemonchelo. Serve it with the black licorice stick and this is Italian fruit punch will get everyone in the Halloween spirit. At Halloween, its fun to make something special for the parents as well and this drink is not only delicious but it’s festive too. So we’re going to start with two cups of orange juice. Just pour the orange juice right in there. And now, for little up essence we’re going to use some chilled sparkling water.And it is really important when you make this drink that all of the different components are chilled, so you drink this nice and cold, so about two cups of sparkling water. I just love those bubbles. Add that to the orange juice. I'm sort of mixing my own little Halloween potion. Now for the fun stuff, some Lemonchelo. Now we use Lemonchelo in the frosting for the cup cakes so I'm just going to add about a quarter cup into this drink and I love this lemon liquor it so light and so yummy. That’s good and it smells so refreshing. And we are going to use which is serve the highlight liquor in this drink a half a cup of Maraschino liquor. It’s cherry flavored liquor and it’s slightly slurpy and just it has a kick of sweetness that I love. So about a half of cup of Maraschino liquor and mix the potion and we’re just going to pour it right in our little martini glasses. It makes the drink look more festive if you serve this way. There we go. Now, I want to show you the festive way, the way I like to garnish this drink. It’s really festive you could do two little stick of licorice red and black or you can just do black for Halloween just like that either one, see? Now I got to taste it just to make sure that it’s just right. My friends are going to love this drink. Not only they're going to love it because it so good but its going to look spooky drink in it too.
