Sabine Singh: I think like most busy professionals I spend so much time at work and usually I forget to take care of myself. I would love to take some of the treatments or techniques that I learned at Fern Tree and incorporate them back into my whole life. Stella Grey: So the treatments that I would suggest you take today, are that you have the facial massage because you are so stressed and I would make the special aroma therapy blend of oil for the therapist to use. This is going to be done in the cabanas. Melody: Hi, nice to meet you. I’m Melody. Okay this is the comfort gel that I would be using to seal in the seashell that’s going to create the heat. We’ll be using deactivator which is going to create the heat also, which is sea salt. Stay probably about for about two or three minutes to get warm and we can start the massage. One of the reasons we choose to do the seashore massage is because we have the ocean. So it promotes relaxation—increase relaxation, circulation, it also alleviates muscle pains and spasm. Stella Grey: That’s the first treatment and then after that I was going to also suggest that you do yoga. So this gives you the opportunity to enjoy and relax and to enjoy your stay with us. That’s done in the cabanas also. Sabine Singh: Okay. Stella Grey: And she does yoga meditation. Female: So what we’re going to do a seated mediation and you want to withdraw now from this busy world eventually closing your eyes for a moment just concentrating on the breath on your inhale or exhale. Or you can just opoen your eyes and just look out into the horizon. Any thoughts coming up you just let them go, don’t hold on. The sound of the breath as you inhale sounds like soul. As you exhale it sounds like humming—soul humming. That is translated from the Sanskrit—I am that. And you allow your body to bathe in this bright and white light. Stella Grey: The last thing I want to suggest to you is that you to visit our labyrinth. You’re going to pick up a stone, keep it in your hand and put your intention in there whether it’s something you want to release from your life or whether it’s something you want to bring in to your life. And as you walk the labyrinth, take your shoes off feel the grass, feel the nature around you and walk with intention and just absorb the energy that comes from there.
