And as the name implies, yes, this will be an online location to get more Potter, as in Harry Potter. Rowling is keeping fans guessing as far as what exactly this "more" will include. However, we do know what it will NOT be -- and that's a new book. However, it could be any number of things, maybe some sort of virtual online Harry Potter world, or in-depth website?
