If you’re trying to cut calories and can't seem to figure out why your low calorie foods are not helping you lose weight make sure you factor them into the equation. Many are packed with fat and calories. One smart tip, serve sauces and dressings on the side. Dip your fork into the sauce then dip your fork into the food. You will still have the flavor but with fewer calories. Those calories add up so a little change can make a big difference.
