Steve Watson: If you are looking for a quick and easy way to change the look of your kitchen a tile backsplash just like this is a fun and easy way to do it and you can find tiles like these at any home supply store. Other things you will need, a tile saw, couple of sponges, tape measure, level, rubber mallet; you need your mastic, your grout, your mastic trail, your grout trail, tile snips and a radical square. Okay if you want to do a backsplash like this it’s really, really simple we talk about the supplies and now is some easy steps to do it yourself. First of all you want to take your mastic and you trail it all with your mastic trail and you want to take it and give teeth so you put it on and be generous with your mastic and that’s glued and hold your tiled to the wall. You tape the grout and put onto the tile and be very generous with it, it is all over the tile and you clean your trail and you want to prêt holding your trail in a 45 degree angle and pressing hard against the tile making sure that all the grout gets into the groves they have to penetrate all the way. Now it’s going to be a little scary because it’s going to be real dirty and you are going to grout all over your tile and let it dry, take a wet sponge and clean it off really, really good and you will see what is going look like and come back in the couple of hours and sit back and enjoy your work.
