On behalf of TVLesson.com, I am Dr. Justin Newman, Doctor of Oriental Medicine with the TheBanyanHolistic.com. Let’s talk a little bit about the Tao. The Tao is the harmonious way of nature. All things in nature are interconnected. They all stand from one source. In ancient times, it was essential that people watched the source of nature as it unfolded all around them. This took many forms. But in understanding the changes that occurred in the harmonious way of nature was imperative for their way of life. Chinese medicine comes from this understanding that all things are interconnected. Although things seem separate, they’re really connected and part of one source. The circle symbolizes this perfectly, there’s no beginning and no ending. It goes on and on and on and on. From this come all the different changes in nature. Their medical system is tied to this because they believe that they are a part of nature. So the way that their system works, the way that their health system was created is depending on this understanding that their body and nature are interconnected and part of one unified field of infinite possibilities. From this infinite field of energy, all things manifest. In modern times, physicists such as Albert Einstein described everything that exist as an infinite field of energy. Although we seem solid, really, we’re energetic. We’re frequency in a wave length that’s unified as part of the whole. Phenomena such as our body, our feelings, our mind, our partnerships and our environment are all part of this unified field of energy. So understanding a relationship to this unified field of energy is imperative. Chinese medicine is one way that we can use our body systems and some methods to tap into that field of energy for optimizing our health. On behalf of TVLesson.com, This is Dr. Justin Newman. Thank you for watching.
