Angela: Welcome to watch to Mojo.com. This is your host Angela. Today, we are going to interview Irwin from Copines de Chine on Chinese tea. Okay Erwin so today you are going to show us Chinese tea is that right? Erwin: Yes, in Chinese culture is considered an art, but of course now is a kind of a spread across the world, particularly in Japan. It is an over a thousand years in history for Chinese people who used the tea to help people get into like not only on the health aspect, but also in the daily diet. Angela: I see that you have a little blooming flower there. Can you explain to us more about what this is going on here please? Erwin: Yes, actually they called it a blooming tea. It is a very new kind of a concept that they actually hand-made each of this--so this is called blooms. Initially, it is all into a bunk kind of a shape but once it is submerged in the water the heat will expanded it and then it will open up almost like a bloom coming to a full flower. Angela: So how long is the steeping process for the tea? Erwin: Well, usually it takes about five minutes. Angela: I see some red inside and some green outside. What are the other red flowers there? Erwin: Oh, actually that is the new way of our combining all the different ingredients in just one compound. Tea by itself has all kinds, the tending acids, all those ingredients, but for people who can really entertain or enjoy it. It would be good to have another flavor, so people tend to mix them with flowers. See like a rose buds then you can taste it. Hmm right ---Right? Angela: Thank you! Hmm it is really good. Thank you very much Erwin. Erwin: Thank you.
