The American Chiropractic Association says that 80% of the population is going to have low back pain at some point in their lives. So to save yourself some time, money, and pain, do this little exercise. It's called the superman. Just line your belly, arms up, legs up, hold it, breathe 8 seconds and relax. Do it four times. No back pain.
