(Piano Demo) Hey guys welcome to piano lesson number 28. I got my braces off. I am pretty about that actually like they are all smooth and they feel like, keep licking them and like I am yeah. There are some factors some of the years. I have them on for like 3 a little bit years. That is really a nice feeling to have them off. The bottom line is bugging me like 10% out of 90 and the top ones are like 90% bugging me. As you noticed I also got up with a nice suit here. There is a sale on us and these things are half price. I did not want to wear the tie and be button up and be all that choked up or whatever, I just want to look semi nice and that would be kind a cool and it is like all at the same time that I have like my teeth, my braces on my top teeth off at the same time get the suit going to. So actually I have got quite a few updates for you guys, so today’s lesson is going to be on fingering general rules. Stuffs that can make you make appearance on fingers per pieces and quit not and I also have an announcement to make. I am going to be launching a website, not to do you tube at all actually well it will have links and video’s and stuff like that too but basically it is going to be a website where you can like go to access information about piano. I am going to be like posting stuff about like music theory and like different piano techniques and like maybe tell stuff about like how they practice outline to be, what you use scales for and like piano époques like questions that got repeatedly asked like hundred of times over and over. So I would answer them as much anymore then I could just go like go and then I could save my hands in typing. It is also going to have a form so you guys can like all gather there and discuss music things and all that is going there and answer your questions and have our discussions in there and that is interesting as well. I should also have videos, imbedded video of my you-tube stuff so you can go and watch individual lessons I will have probably a common box on the side ware. I can do like drafters cut kind of like commentary about little things that you might not have know about the video or something like that. I am not really sure what is going yet. So I was talking to my designer who is actually on You tube as well, his name is Nathaniel. He is usually with contest top event.com and he has a website to which is called tutbid.com. So he is doing that website for me and actually he is doing me a huge-huge favor so this guy is awesome. If you like the website when it is up please go see him, visit his website, leave comments for him, subscribe to him. Tell him that you love the job he did because he is really helping me out. So you say that we are probably going to launch it around March 5th. So around that day maybe like March 4th or something, March 5th I will give you guys the URL to go to and then we can try that out. So that is that. Now that is all out of the way, today we are going to be talking about fingering and this is sort of an interesting topic itself. The funny thing is you have expected there are always rules and regulations on things on fingering that you must follow this you must follow that. To give you an idea of how kind of shade fingering is like your 5 scale book and they have all the fingering written down there for you to do. But guess what, if you go into exam and you do not follow them you would not get docked for not using those fingers. You can actually make up your own fingers how you want. The only thing is that what they have written there is usually the most comfortable and most efficient. So fingering, it is actually kind of interesting because in its most basic principle it is like do it ever feels good and works, that is basically it. But there are some general guidelines that actually help so that you can quickly make fingering that works for you. I was trying to find some examples of fingering that I could use but then I din not want to like whip out some hard core piece or anything like that so I decided to go on to like a small little book and show something more basic so that, you know obviously people are watching this probably like are not in grade 10 piano student what ever they are probably just like people that are beginners or maybe there is talk for some couple of years and they have always wondered certain things here or there. I am just going to go, I have got some pieces here, you know that penguins piece I punched a while a go that one that goes (Piano Demo) Anyway, look at that I have got that piece actually here. I am going to a couple of things why there is slide to the finger and they have and how we can apply that to other things, maybe I will look for couple of their examples and show you that.
