You know, we've got carbohydrates here, we've got iron, potassium, magnesium, some B-Vitamins, Vitamins-C, and we have got fiber if you leave the skin on. and I bet there is something you didn't know, 130 calories for this potato, with zero fat and zero cholesterol. I love my potatoes every way; baked, roasted, boiled. and even fried. With all those essential nutrients, they are always a part of my main meal. French fries have to be hands down the favorite. In moderation, they are perfect. So when it comes to our favorite vegetable, it's great, affordable nutrition. Just keep it balanced. Now that's food for thought.
