Prowler DVS Security Camera Male: There’s a growing problem that pros in our industry have become all too familiar with job-site copper theft. It’s just out of control and we need to give a handle on it. And at this year’s national hardware show we found what maybe the perfect solution. Male: It’s a great job-site application if we have copper theft, any kind of theft going on, also used for residential, for any kind of secured surveillance at your home. Male: In other words great news for us in the business and bad news for copper thefts. Camera uses 6 C cell batteries and it will automatically takes still photos or video clips up to 90 seconds when its motion and heat sensors are activated. It records to standard SD card you can pop it into your computer and save the footage on a hard drive. With the copper prices climbing hard you can easily justify the price tag on this device that only saves you one copper spool, you’re even. A camera like this paired with some warning signs at your job site might make for you think twice and save you some money it’s too bad we haven’t think about it but when things get tough a number of theft go up, we need to protect ourselves and our businesses.
